Developed schedules, and coordinated training programs, for company-level special forces elements.

1995-96: Instructed and evaluated company and battalion size elements in light infantry tactics; Established plans and preparations for battalion size element field training exercises; Observed and controlled platoon size elements in tactical field maneuvers; Conducted and doumented after action reviews for all training events.
SENIOR WEAPONS NCO
1989-95: Employed conventional and unconventional tactics and techniques as a member of twelve man special forces detachment. Trained detachment members and foreign indigenous forces in the use of a wide range of communication equipment and small arms, including light crew served weapons, anti-aircraft and anti-armor weapons; Explosives, including dynamite, TNT, C4 and anti-tank/anti-armor mines. Served as detachment sniper.
TANK COMMANDER / DRIVER
1985-1989: Vehicle commander for opposing forces in intensive, multiple desert battlefield simulations. Instructed and demonstrated Soviet doctrinal tactics. Performed maintenance and repairs on armored vehicles attendant to combat and non-combat conditions.
FOREIGN CADRE TRAINING LIAISON
U.S. training liaison for foreign military elements (from platoon to battalion size elements) in light infantry tactics, air base ground defense, special operations tactics and techniques, jungle survival, escape and evasion, air crew survival and airborne operations in Thailand, Philippines, Panama and Bangladesh.
